Illuminating lives this Diwali, we partnered with the Arts and Souls Foundation to light up our employees’ homes sharing the gift of light where it matters the most.
This is in line with our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion 2+1 strategy, wherein, in addition to the gender and generational diversity, we have taken a significant step ahead with the inclusion of Persons with Disabilities (PWD) as our priority this year – Embracing abilities #InclusionForAll initiative across India.
Arts and Souls Foundation serves as a bastion of inclusivity, firmly believing in the inherent talents of every individual, regardless of their abilities. The academy provides a nurturing environment where individuals with cognitive disabilities, particularly those autism and other special needs, can explore and express their artistic potential to the fullest.
Hence on this delightful occasion of Diwali, we would like to gift each one of you a one of its kind unique painting, done by the kids with cognitive disabilities at the Arts and Souls Foundation along with our Flexshine LED Rope Light to brighten the festivities this year.
